User Agreement
1.) All of our customers who use the services of KaleHOST are counted to accept the conditions of this usage agreement. According to this usage agreement, KaleHOST has right and authority to close the accounts of customers who do not comply with the terms of the agreement.
2.) Information entered in the order form is confidential and is strictly not given to the 3rd persons/parties for any purpose. Our customer should be sure about the accuracy of the information indicated in the order form and should not keep responsible KaleHOST for the outcomes due to the stated incorrect information.
3-) It is among KaleHOST's responsibilities to open the accounts on time of those customers whose payments are approved. Unless reverse is stated this duration is at most 24 hours. Since the payments which are done by EFT arrive with delay, the approval of the payment takes some time. It is hoped that our customers should take into account delays due to this time difference.
4-) KaleHOST return the payments to those customers who obtain service without violating the usage agreement, within following 15 days after the starting date of the account, in case they are not satisfied with the service. The hired server and domain name services are not included to this payment.
5-) Orders which their payments are not done within 5 working days will automatically be deleted from our system.
6-) The payment dates of our customers whose accounts are valid are automatically sent by KaleHOST via e-mail depending on the payment period of our customers. The broadcasting of the accounts which payments are not done will be stopped within 10 days following this period. The accounts which the payments are not done for 20 days are removed from our system.
7-) The return payments of our customers who violate our usage agreement are determined by KaleHOST depending on the degree of which our customer violate the agreement and are repaid to the customer. The return payments including annual payments are not done to our customers who use server resources illegally and harmfully.
8-) KaleHOST keeps the weekly backup of all the accounts. In spite of this, it is strictly recommended
to our customers to keep their own backups.
9-) Web sites which include hacking, warez, cracks, IRC, pornographical, erotical information or any illegal content and activity will be shut down without warning and their cooperation with us are finalized.
10-) KaleHOST aims to provide 99% update warranty. If it does not provide this guaranty, the accessibility times under 95% will be added to your service bundle as free of cash.
11-) Activating files/softwares upon the server which the content and usage is unknown, including source codes which may give harm to the server or doing harmful actions, influencing negatively the efficiency and the performance of the server by using server resources over the provided limits, distributing spam mail and such like actions by server resources are strictly forbidden and the web sites doing these actions will be shut down without any warning.
12-) KaleHOST gives the guaranty of providing support within at most 14 hours.
13-) KaleHOST keeps the right to reflect the excessive fluctuation in USD to its monthly and annual prices.
